Glen Helen 2 st race

Here's my buddy's son racing at the Glen Helen 2 st this past weekend in the 25 expert moto two. It has some gate wait but he damn near jumps off the track on the first lap.

All lonely up front with that YZ of his, nice ride!

He ended up with an eight second gap (over second) ....but you would never guess there were over 15 riders behind him. I guess in the first moto he got tired and ended up in 2nd but won the overall with a 2-1. I asked about the over jump and I guess he yelled a huge colorful metaphor.

I have watched that video several times now, sitting there while he blips the throttle and waits for the gate drop, I get the butterflies just like the old days.

Well Wade if ya do a tib fib watching that video it's not my fault....just sayin

Nice 45. Didn't mind the gate wait. Cool listening to the 2tappers warming up. Nice them running most of the national track backerds. Ive done that a couple times way back when in the Big 6s. Cool stuff.
