Aint Dead Yet!
I put that as my sig line. Days like today make me feel viable even though not fully able yet. Great m-fing day! Finishing 2 pools up, closed 2 deals in less than 2 hours for 2 new pools, sold and measured a new liner renovation job, sold some other work renovation work for the mayor of one of the cities here in the KC metro, got to see my oldest son doing the work I learned nearly 30 years ago. It fuckin' rocks, I mean there is just no there is no other word to describe when the machine is clicking.
No, I couldnt drive all day. Dylan had to drive me to the bids this afternoon after they finished up their work this morning, hung a liner as good as i could ever do it, I mean just perfect. Feels damn good to not be dead yet and damned if those boys of mine aint finally learning to work, probably gonna be better than their old man at this rate.
Hell no, I aint dead yet

Great to hear that bro.
Wade if you don't mind me asking, what have you done around your diet to help heal your ecm?
I would be bathing in coconut oil and eating avacado like going out of style. I'm sure there are other brain foods out there that help rebuild, and I know there are herbs that Chinese medicine practitioners use to help folks get their noggin straight after injury.
Also would you consider an aluminum detox? I promise you're saturated with aluminum and people (I know) are reversing alzheimer's.
There are also indicators of brain healing properties in.... yup cannabis.

Hey shiftpro what is an aluminum detox?
I have been taking Niagen for the last four months and that has helped with me being more alert. Every year more benefits are found in cannabis, seems like a win win.

Organic sulfur all the way. We should all be taking it really.

Organic sulfur? Hmm, I will check into it. Our diet is mostly home cooked organic. Beef and pork are clean, hormone and fertilizer free. Veggies during growing season are ours, during winter, store bought. I have almost eliminated dairy, save butter. I know butter is NOT clean, you have talked to me about that before, can't remember how you handle your butter supply.
Wife wants me to go down the cannibis oil or med marijuana, I need KS to make it legal being a biz owner. Right now, just keep pushing forward. Today Dylan confided he was learning that through our last 5 years, the only thing to do is keep pushing forward. As much as they do shit that drives a dad crazy, damn it feels good to see them learning to be a man. Now, that doesn't mean he won't do something ridiculous next week and we won't be pissed at each other, but it is sooo cool seeing your offspring grow into adulthood.
The only weird side effect of the surgery, blood pressure spikes when the dizzy spikes, gets weird high, then drops back down. Just glad to see a new morning every day and I REALLY want to be around long enough to walk my girls down the aisle.
Learning to let go of the reigns a bit, pretty relaxing and sometimes terrifying all at the same time.
Naw, I ain't dead yet. Shifty, tell me more about the organic sulfur when you can

Can't really comment on the veracity of sulfur therapy, but the idea is that it works like chelation therapy. It essentially it a molecule that readily binds with heavy metals etc. in your body, so they can be excreted as waste.

Re: Aint Dead Yet!
Was just talking to one of my old enduro riding buddies, he is a youngster, fast as snot, local AA/Pro guy who went toe to toe with the nations best in NEPG and did awesome in the 250A class (at that time DeLong was his main competition and was getting crazy fast). He was stoked i got a bike, we were going over all sorts of training/PT regiments to get it all back to pre-09 speed. Feels good to be back in the game, albeit ever so slightly

It's great to hear you talk like that Wade. Right on.

Re: Aint Dead Yet!
Just got back from my doc appt, 118/76, he liked my organic diet regiment, keeping the meds to a minimum, still need to take the blood pressure stuff BUT he was totally pushing me to start yoga for balance and not to give up on getting back to normal. He is not a big script guy, he gets that I hate meds. Weight was 192 without my morning dump, get back to riding and water skiing, should be down at my fighting weight of 175-180. I'll never be that skinny dude at 150, just aint gonna happen. When I was still actively working out and racing a lot in my 20's, I was a cut 175-180. Now, I am a near 50 something not far from that weight wise, but the cut has been replaced by some gravity and age induced sag, but glad to be wearing 34's or 35's. Aint dead yet, gonna tear the bike apart Sunday, do some plastic changes, set the sag for me, change the rubber, may even enter a local HS race next weekend, drop down and run a C class or trailrider (non points), just for practice and bike time.
Aint nobody gonna quibble with me on the old past A class stuff, that was 6 years back and 1 less hole in the head

Re: Aint Dead Yet!
Spent all day on Milford Lake Saturday, wind was howling, boat was rockin', we were slaying the blues and limited out with what felt like about a 60lb tub of blue catfish. Felt like a champ all weekend, planted the garden yesterday, no dizzy. Stay active, it goes away, get lazy or listless and it gets worse. I think I am on to something here.
