Pretty damn impressive, but I have also learned how to read between Jimmy Lewis' lines when he is testing. Suspension compliance seems like it may be an issue, but no more than any KTM rider is used to dealing with since about 1999.

It takes a lot to impress me and the Beta did. People talk about the Yamaha but if you really want something new and delivers the Beta would be a good choice other than KTM. They could not get me off the bike.

They don't list the weight.
Are not the Betas and GasGas' the heaviest critters out there?

Per Beta's website, the 300RR is supposed to be 224 Lbs dry weight, the KTM 300 XC-W is supposed to be 225 Lbs without fuel.

Lifting the Beta on a stand it feels heavier than a 16 KTM 250XC-F which is supposed to be heavier by a few pounds. The motor on the Beta is so sweet that i can forgive that few extra pounds.
