MX des Nations
Anyone have any ideas who will be sent?
I was imagining Eli, either Jason Anderson or Barcia and Cooper. Eli was asked but he backed out. Looks like another skunk job again for team USA. Shame...
We need a powerhouse like RC, RV and Stew(back when he actually used to ride).
Maybe next year at Glen Helen?

Re: MX des Nations
Ok since no one else is commenting I'll continue. Today @ RacerX the announcement came through, and it will be Webb, Anderson and Alex Martin.

Re: MX des Nations
Not the strongest team ever, but they are all tough and could do pretty good. They could be surprising. Go Canada go; errrr, lol.
Not enough money here I guess.
But they can send a rythmic gymnastics gal or a ??? (fill in your favourite silly olympic sport here) to the Olympics.
Maybe we should try to think of the current sports that are sucking up all the Canadian sports money from the greatest sport on earth: motocross (not supercross, as that could come later to replace rythmic gymnastics).

Re: MX des Nations
Anderson could be a wild card. He can be blazing fast but also inconsistent.
Webb is riding a 450 and even though I'm sure on his worst day he still flies the big bikes, it's not his regular gig so who knows? Hopefully he cares about winning for team USA as much as he likes to win for himself.
Alex Martin... well we'll see...
Look how Marvin has been riding and he's on the french team, darn!
And then there's that guy named Ken Roczen. Will he be out there too? If so, you know what he will be doing unless he's burnt out from his AMA 450 Title party(s).
